Ranveer Singh Becomes the Goodwill Ambasssdor for Hemkunt Foundation

 

Hemkunt Foundation today announced the onboarding of Bollywood actor and youth icon, Ranveer Singh as a Goodwill Ambassador. Hemkunt Foundation is relentlessly working for the upliftment of the underprivileged sections of society with education, skill development, access to livelihood, and healthcare support. It has played a significant role during the pandemic and in the lives of marginalized communities to break the generational poverty cycle.

Ranveer Stated " Education is the only Solution to eradicate Generational Poverty and unemployment. It is Disheartning to see that a large Segment of the Population do not have acess to it and i want to do a bit as many people of my country as Possible. August 14 : Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

BJP RAJYA SABHA MP Harnath Singh Yadav on Monday Wrote to the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to Include August 14 : Partition Horrors Rememberance Day in the History Syllabus.

Harnath Singh Yadav BJP MP in the Letter to PM said, "In my View, the complete Authentic Knowledge of the Most brutal incident of the World should be passed to the present and the Future generations of India. This is possible only when a complete picture of the "horrors of the partition 1947" is added to the History curriculum and thought to the Children. He also highlighted that the Indian Polulation must know the Background and reason behind the partition.

Most of the population was born Post Independence. Why the country was Divided?  What was the background behind the partition ? who was responsible for the partition there is no Factual Literature available to give accurate Information on it so This should be included in the Textbook, He stated.

PM Narendra Modi Last year announced that 14th August will be Remembered as Partition horrors Remembrance Day to remind the nation of the sufferings and the sacrifices of Indians During the Partition in 1947.

 

The Big Bull of the Dalal Street Dies at 62

 

The Big Bull Mr. Rakesh Jhunjunwala took his last Breath yesterday in Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital at 6.45 am. He Suffered an Cardiac Arrest and was immedieately Rushed to the Hospital. He was Declared Dead on arrival by the Hospital Authorities. 

He was Discharged few weeks ago from the same Hospital after being treated for Kindey related Issues, he recently had teamed up with Ex-Jet airways CEO Vinay Dube and former IndiGo Head Aditya Ghosh to launch AKASA Air which started last week, During the time of the Lunch Mr. Jhunjunwala was seen on WheelChair.

Rakesh Jhunjunwala had investments in more than 36+ Companies. Titan, Star Health were some of his largest Holdings. he was also the Chairman of the Hungama Media and Aptech. He also had his privately owned Stock Trading Firm Rare Enterprises, the name of the Firm Derived from the first two letters of his and his wife's (Rekha) name. His trading journey started with 5000 rupees in 1985 when the Bombay Stock Exchange's Benchmark was 150 while today it is near 59400. 

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala even produced movies, he Produced Sridevi's Comeback Movie English Vinglish (2012), Shamitabh (2015), Ki&Ka (2016). The Prime Minister Of India Mr. Narendra Modi Condoled the Demise of Mr. Jhunjhunwala by stating " The Legendary Investor leaves behind an indelible Contribution to the financial World".

India's Performance in #CWG22 Birmingham

 India Participated in the Commonwealth Games 2022 Held at Birmingham, England from 28th July 2022 to 8th August 2022. This was India's 18th Appearence in the Commonwealth Games

The Indian Team Consisted of 210 Participants (106 Men & 104 Women) Competing for 16 Sports Naming Women's Cricket, Men's & Women's Athletics, Men's Swiming, Men's & Women's Boxing, Men's & Women's Badminton, Men's & Women's Hockey, Men's & Women's Table Tennis, Men's & Women's Weight Lifting, Men's & Women's Wresling.

After 12 Days of Non-Stop Sporting Action India has secured 4th Place in the medal Standings with a total of 61 Medals behind Canada with a total of 92 Medals. India has Secured 22 Gold, 16 Silver and 23 Bronze in #CWG22.
