How to Tackle an Intruder without weapons

It often happens that random strangers stop you in between your way and misbhaves with you or any robber tries to rob you with some weapons, in such case rather than paniking stay there if the person tries to touch you there are many ways you can tackle them,

Here are some of those techniques:-

The most obvious move is often kicking on groin even the intruder knows you might kick, so before that attack on the other delicate parts such as slapping on both the ears at the same time with a high force like you are clapping very hard, this would make the intruder feel like giddiness for 3 to 4 seconds, after that poke your fingers at the bottom of the intruders neck (there is a hole over there and only layer of skin) it would choke him for more 5 to 6 seconds PS:- Stop touching your neck now. As you have choked the person he might bend holding his ears and neck, if you have nails then your half work is done here. Since he is bending have a tight grip on his hairs no matter wether his hairs come out and smash his nose on your knee, that would immediately break his nose, after this he might loose his senses for like 20 to 30 seconds he can barely stand straight, this is the moment when the person won't cover his groin, kick with the highest power you can generate, with this he can't get up for minimun 3 to 4 minutes, if you want to run thats the moment. Belive me if you do this exactly on point you can bring him down within 5 seconds.



If a robber is trying to rob you with a knife:-

He might point you the knife and ask for your belongings, act like you are scared and do the handsup thing and act like you are giving away your bags or whatever belongings you have, thats the moment when his grip toward the knife would be a bit loose as he is focusing to take away your things, if he is pointing you the knife with his right hand then hold his knife hand's wrist with your right hand (and vise versa) rotating toward the ground target his knife hand's elbow and hit that with your fist with full power that would dislocate his elbow on the spot, before he tries to tackle you with thw other hand rotate his broken elbow to his back this would cause him a severe pain, now insert your thumb in his neck hole and then kick on the back of his knee so that he will bend on th knees, keep your knee on his broken elbow and try to catch his feet if he starts to struggle punch on his groin from back it hurts more than the attack from front, now catch his feet and twist until you break it, (we are injuring him because he has a weapon and as soon as you leave he might chase you) poke the knife on his inner thigh (not on the leg who's feet you've twisted) so that he cant stand still and run behind you. On the way inform someone of your family about the incident and runs toward a police station since he is severly injured and bleeding he might go to the nearest clinic 1st where the police can catch him.

Manier times it happens that kids get bullied by their elder schoolmates even college students get bullied by their elder students, Girls get harrased by strangers in public, In this situation Martial Arts might actually help to protect yourself.

 

Personally I've trained for 12 years since 2008, I started training because I was beaten up by my friend and got a severe injury on my groin, i had no idea how to defend myself in such situations, My other friends made fun of me because i felt shy even to talk to others and i joined karate class. because of this i gained my confidence, I've Played more than 15 Tournaments till now including 4 National and 5 State and secured atleast A Bronze medal. 

 

My Instructer always thought me about the sportsman spirit, accept the defeat and learn from your mistakes, use your ability for something useful rather than hitting anyone without any reason.
After that incident no one ever messed with me, In college it helped me to defend myself from my seniors who tried ragging me and my friends.

 Overweight to Fit

Most of us this year spent the lockdown with our families and didn't go somewhere out, People even worked from home due to this pandemic, in this situation our daily routine got intrupted and the usual excercise we do unknowingly like Walking, situps, bending, etc. got stopped.
These basic things helped our body to be in a regular shape, but since this lockdown happened and the lack of these basic excersice lead us to gain more fat and ended up increasing weight.

 

Many of us didn't gain much weight but our body size changed drastically and for some weight gained drastically and size didn't change much, the reason behind this is the volume occupied by fat and muscle is different even though the weight is exactly the same.

 
The 1st picture was taken in March and the weight was aroung 64kgs, but the 2nd Picture was taken in June and the Weight was around 79kgs to 80kgs. The body structure didn't change much but the weight did which means the muscle was increased. Still according to the Height and Weight 80 kgs comes under obese.

Proper Diet for Weight Loss:-

OatMeal, tea/coffee with non fat milk or soy milk, salad, carrots, sweet potato, low carb meals

Excersice for Weight Loss:-

Jogging, cycling, crunches, Squats, skipping, bench dips, plank shoulder touch.

DIWALI : Festival of Lights or Pollution

India is considered as richest in terms of their Culture and Festivals and Diwali is the festival in which the whole country celebrates despite being any religion but it also catches controversies regarding pollution,
Some people believe that Diwali doesn't much affect the environment and Some say that it is the only cause for the rise in the pollution, So What Is The Exact Truth ?

 

Each year the Pollution emitted from a particular country is Calculated and it is estimated that on an average 51% pollution is caused by industrial pollution, 27% pollution is caused by Vehicals 17% by Crop Burning & 5% by fireworks. As the stats states that fireworks aren't the only reason for air pollution by Can't deny the Fact that it is one of those reasons for the air Pollution.

 

Every Year we see that Delhi is most affected by Air pollution it happens because of the stubble burning. This year due to lockdown least consumption of firecrakers was observed as many cities banned bursting crackers this Year during Diwali Still the Pollution was not reduced by a large number  this Clearly states that Diwali isn't the Only reason for the rise in the pollution.

 

Many Households make the Diwali cha Faral Which consistes of Laddu, Chakali, Karanji, Shankarpali, Chivda, Anarase. In the cities the people are so busy that they rather order the Faral from such households instead of making it at Home, But in covid times people Spent 25 Hours Of the 24 Hours a day at home Eventually they Made all the faral at home and the people who did the business for their living lost that.

In this Situation the Starting few months were about finding the new things in you whether it be Cooking or Yoga or any other stuff but the students who were happy that they didn't need to go to college or school lost their happiness in the months of July/August as the schools and colleges came up with online learning through various modes of online platforms i.e. ZOOM, GOOGLE MEET, MICROSOFT TEAMS.



The new mode of Learning was quite hectic for both the students as well as the teachers, Some parents shifted from normal Mobiles to Android Smartphones so that their kids Can study.
Previously students used to go to Tution Classes to Study Better but the lockdown had ended their mode of income some of the home tutions are providing online lectures. In this Situaton Online learning applications have came into the light like BYJU'S, UPGRAD, UNACADEMY, TOPPR, WHITEHAT Jr.

 

Byju's claimed to have a two fold jump in its revenue as the financial year ended on 31st march 2020. they have Clocked Rs 1306 crore in operational Revenue in the Previous Year.

 2020 A Tragic Year

As we all are trapped in our house due to an uninvited guest i.e. NOVEL CORONAVIRUS we all have learned that reducing the expences is helpful and unwanted expenses leads us to problematic situations,
many of us have lost their jobs during this lockdown period but still managed to survive this period due to the savings and less expenses but those who had their jobs but had a lot of unwanted expenses had to go through a tough time. 


People started working from Home, The IT Parks mostly Provided the dongles and the systems to the workers home for the work to carry onn Probably same as before, the places which didnt fall under the containment Zones allowed 33% of the staff to work from office with Proper Sanitisations and social Distancing.


Some of the Organisations even Provided Travelling Expences upto a fixed amount of 100 or 200 per day which eventually helped many people, For the 1st 3 months those workers who werent working due to far away destinations were given 50% of their Salaries, But the business was down in this situations so they stopped to give the 50 % salaries Which eventually lead the workers to loose the job.

Trip to Vajreshwari 2020 (DAY 2)

 22nd November 2020

Its 5.30 am and its is a pleseant atmosphere outside a low dim light, dews on the leafs, birds chirping all over. As it was around 14 to 15 degree celcius we experienced smog from our mouth. all others were still asleep i took a morning walk around the fields and returned within an hour or two.



 After i returned the owner of the karaoke group went to the temple to check wether the kunds are open or not since it was the pandemic period and the lockdown restrictions were still on, he returned within an hour and we felt a bit dishartned as he told that only 1 kund is open and rest were closed cause of the pandemic. we decided to go the opened kund and leave for the temple afterwards.


 
The water at the kund was way too hot but it felt relaxed after a few mins, we left the kund after 45 mins for the temple, we visited a few temples on the way for vajreshwari temple. It was the pandemic situation but still people were there for the visit. 





 

The visit was very quick as it didnt took much time in the queue we spent some time at the temple as it was very pleasent, after few hours we left for our place had lunch and were about to leave but the owner insisted that we should stay for one more day. We agreed and Stayed for the Night we even played Antakshari at Night and left the place in the morning. 



    


Trip to Vajreshwari 2020 (DAY 1)

21st November 2020

It was a trip conducted by our Karaoke team Madhur Geet Mantra (Chembur). We left home at 10 in the morning, the other members picked us up at 10.30 am. Our team never loses an opportunity to perform they started singing in the car itself, I was willing to sing but my lectures were still on, as it was saturday we found a bit of traffic but the travelling wasn't hectic.

We reached around 1 pm at our Place, the food was already ordered and we recieved the delivery as soon as we reached there. The menu for the Afternoon was Bhakari and Chicken Masala. 


As we were going to visit the temple the other day we decided to go to the river which was hardly 10 mins away. we took our Karoke Set too at the river to sing some songs. the views we got to see were mesmerising, the sky changed its color from orange to blue within 10 mins.






As it was getting dark we came back to our place and started preparing for the dinner, 2 of us went to the market and brought some fish and chicken, all of us helped each other for the preparation as wewere going to cook on the chulaha.



Our Day ended with the whole new Experience and a new taste, we are going to visit the temple and the Hot Water Springs.
